This is an appeal by Moman Pruiett, hereinafter referred to as respondent, an attorney at law, from the action taken by the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Oklahoma in disbarring him from the practice of law.

A complaint was filed before the State Bar by L. E. Roberts charging respondent with an unlawful attempt to extort money from Roberts by threatening to file, and later filing, an alleged unlawful action in the district court of Oklahoma county.
