(after stating the facts as above). The evidence discloses that the icomplainant came to the United States in 1900, and that he has resided here ever since with the exception that he was absent from the country between 1903 and 1907 which years were spent in Germany, France, South America, and Australia. In May, 1911, he became a citizen of the United States, having previously married an American wife.
