Before the Court is a “Motion to Reconsider Ruling of a Magistrate Under FRCP 72” (“Motion to Reconsider”), filed December 31, 2009 by Michael Haviland, individually and on behalf of all other similarly situated employees (“Plaintiffs” or “Haviland”).
