FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The matter before the Court is Plaintiffs Complaint to Determine the Dis-chargeability of Particular Debts Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 523, Debtor’s Answer, Defendant Alvin C. Lewis Jr.’s Pre-Trial Memorandum and Plaintiffs Reply to Defendant’s Pretrial Brief. A hearing in this matter was held on March 28, 2006, where both parties appeared in person and by counsel.
