This is a consolidated appeal of two causes of action brought by Grant W. Ornbaun, Elsie A. Ornbaun, and their son, Grant Irvin Ornbaun, the respondents herein, against F. J. Main, appellant herein, individually and as the administrator of the estate of the deceased grantor, William Nunn. Action No. 22013 was for the specific performance of the decedent’s contract and to quiet title to real property; action No. 22014, for the value of certain services rendered to the decedent by plaintiffs.
