The suit was instituted by Southwestern Life Insurance Company for Declaratory Judgment, naming as parties Thomas P. Roberts, Aliene C. Roberts, Flora Ghris-key and husband Henry Ghriskey; seeking a judicial determination- concerning the rights, status and legal relationship of the parties named in and under certain policies of life insurance theretofore issued to said T.
