Deceased died in Paris, France, in 1908. Her will establishes a trust to continue during the lives of her husband and her son, with remainder over. The husband died in 1912. The son still survives. Deceased was married to a Canadian subject whose domicile was Canada. Deceased’s will was admitted to original probate in this court.
