THOMAS, Judge.

L.T. (“the mother”) appeals from the denial of her Rule 60(b), Ala. R. Civ. P., motion seeking to have the judgment terminating her parental rights to C.K. (“the child”) set aside on the ground that her trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. The mother’s parental rights were terminated on the petition of W.L. (“the maternal grandfather”) and T.L. (“the maternal stepgrandmother”) (collectively referred to as “the maternal grandparents”) by a judgment entered on January 5, 2009. The mother appealed the termination of her parental rights; this court affirmed the judgment.…
