—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of two counts of burglary in the first degree (Penal Law § 140.30 [2], [3]), one count of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [3]) and two counts of robbery in the second degree (Penal Law § 160.10 [1], [2] [a]).
