This action was commenced by a Complaint filed by Plaintiffs on October 29, 1986, in Count I of which Plaintiff Blanche R. Schubach seeks recovery of damages in the amount of $250,000 under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-80 (1982), alleged to have resulted *349from a fall sustained by said Plaintiff on November 22, 1985 in the United States Post Office Building located in Oxford, Maine.
