The amended complaint in this case claims $1,000,000 damages for alleged infringement by the defendants of the copyright of the plaintiff in and to a book entitled “Corporal Glory”. The defendant, Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation, was a sponsor of a broadcast through the facilities of the National Broadcasting Company, of which the defendant, Hearst Radio, trading as WBAL TV, was an outlet.
