Appellant Ira Wayne Privette appeals from his conviction of one conspiracy count, one count of possession of amphetamines with intent to distribute and two counts of using a firearm during the commission of a drug trafficking crime. Pri-vette makes two arguments on appeal. First, he challenges the admission of evidence obtained in a search of his warehouse, alleging that the affidavit used to obtain the search warrant contained false or misleading statements.
