BOEHM, Justice.
This case deals with the provisions of the Indiana Business Corporation law governing the removal of directors. Conseco, Inc. is an Indiana corporation organized under the Business Corporation Law. Con-seeo's articles of incorporation have no provisions regarding removal of directors. Dennis Murray, Sr. was elected to the Board by the shareholders as a whole, and not by a separate "voting group."
