hThe defendant/appellant, Jody Paul Ot-well, appeals the judgment in favor of the plaintifi/appellee, Honei Brown Otwell, modifying a Georgia-issued child custody and support order. For the following reasons, we reverse.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Jody and Honei are the parents of two children, Savannah born in 1998, and Mar-leigh born in 2007. Jody and Honei entered into a Settlement Agreement in April 2009 and were divorced in May 2009 pursuant to a Final Judgment and Decree filed in the Superior Court of Henry Country, State of Georgia.
