OPINION

ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for robbery by firearms. Appellant was tried before a jury and assessed SO years’ confinement. Trial counsel and counsel on appeal were court appointed.

A man identified as the appellant approached the manager of a grocery store, pulled a gun and told the manager to put all the money in the manager’s office and in the safe into a sack. The manager complied, giving the appellant approximately nine hundred dollars.
