Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Work, J.), entered July 7, 2006 in Ulster County, which, among other things, granted plaintiffs’ cross motion for summary judgment.
In this personal injury action arising out of a rear-end collision in January 2003, defendants sought summary judgment dismissing the complaint contending that plaintiff Barbara Woods (hereinafter plaintiff) did not suffer a serious injury causally related to the accident.
