This is an appeal from a hearing had on two petitions filed by J. W. Wilson, probation officer, on August 5, 1943, in the Juvenile Court of Lubbock County, Texas, with Honorable G. V. Pardue, County Judge, presiding, alleging that Billy Dendy and L. J. King, Jr., both of Amarillo, Texas, are delinquent male children over ten years of age and under seventeen years of age and charging that they did on or about the 3rd day of August, 1943, then and there unlawfully, wilfully and fraudulently take one Ford De Luxel automobile of the value of $1,000 from C.
