Appellant, Envirowall Inc., appeals a judgment of the district court in favor of appellees Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for UCFC (United Companies Lending Corporation) Loan Trust. We affirm.
The present matter arises out of a Petition For Executory Process filed by Bankers Trust against Lois Verdin Breaux and Louis B. Breaux. At sometime during their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Breaux opted into a separate property regime. On July 31, 1991, Mrs. Breaux purchased a residence in Jefferson Parish.
