Defendant appeals as of right from his convictions by a jury of three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), MCL 750.520b(l), one count of assault with intent to commit second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC n), MCL 750.520g(2), one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), MCL 750.227b(l), and one count of assault and battery, MCL 750.81.
