From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in a personal injury damage suit, the defendant has appealed.

The first assignment of error in appellant’s brief relates to a ruling of the trial court in excluding certain testimony. The plaintiff testified in his own behalf, his testimony tending to show that he had sustained serious injuries, as a result of the matters complained of in his petition, some of which injuries were internal and not perceptible to ordinary observation.
