MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BECHTLE, District Judge.

Presently before the court is plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment against defendant Horsham Township (Water) Authority. For the reasons stated herein, the motion will be granted.

I. BACKGROUND

On July 28, 1982, plaintiff United States instituted this condemnation action against certain land situated in Horsham Township.
