On September 3,1981, Georgia Steel, Inc., Defendant, filed in this Court its petition seeking relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code. On March 9, 1982, The Citizens and Southern National Bank, Plaintiff, filed its complaint seeking relief from the automatic stay of Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code in order to foreclose on certain property of the Defendant.
