Judgment unanimously modified and, as modified, affirmed, without costs, and matter remitted to Supreme Court, Niagara County, for a determination of compensatory and punitive damages, in accordance with the following memorandum: Defendants appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict against them for conversion of plaintiff’s property and awarding $105,000 in compensatory damages and $35,000 in punitive damages which was reduced to $31,500 in an amended judgment.
