MONTEMURO, Judge:
This is an appeal from an order sustaining appellees’ preliminary objections and striking off appellant’s mechanic’s lien claim.
Appellant is a subcontractor hired by appellees LKM Associates to install a roofing system on a building at 3200 South Lawrence Street, Philadelphia. The property is owned by Bert Lewis, Edward Kallman and Ralph Marta to whom the fictitious name LKM Associates is registered. Messrs. Lewis, Kallman and Marta also own LKM Food, Inc., which in turn owns and operates a food distribution warehouse under the name C.W. Dunnet & Co. In November of 1988,…
