In this post-conviction proceeding instituted under R. R. 3:10A on April 28, 1964 petitioner Raymond *59Welch seeks the vacation or reversal of his 1949 conviction of first degree murder. The county court denied relief and this appeal brings the propriety of the denial to us for review.
