Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (James Leff, J.), rendered May 31, 1989, convicting defendant of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to three concurrent, indeterminate terms of imprisonment of five to ten years, unanimously affirmed.
