This matter is before the Court on the United States Trustee’s (“UST”) Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 707(b)(1) Based on Presumption of Abuse Under Section 707(b)(2) or Alternatively, Based on Totality of the Circumstances Under Section 707(b)(3)(B) (“Motion”). UST filed his Motion on February 18, 2010. Ralph Stanley, Jr. and Lorri Koes-ter Stanley (“Debtors”) filed a Response to UST’s Motion on April 15, 2010. A hearing was held on October 6, 2010.
