Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed June 7, 2013, which ruled that claimant did not suffer an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment and denied his claim for workers’ compensation benefits.
Claimant worked at a store kiosk selling Internet services when, in August 1999, he took a leave of absence and, ultimately, ceased working entirely after complaints he made to his employer over sales commissions went unresolved.
