Plaintiff sues for damages in conversion. The complaint alleges that plaintiff and defendant-appellant Weiss are copartners owning property as such, and that defendant-appellant Weiss has wrongfully transferred all the property of the- partnership, without the knowledge, consent or authority of the plaintiff, to the defendant-appellant Kelly and that the plaintiff'has been wholly deprived of such prop* *645erty.
