This is a suit for recovery under the terms of a contract. Appellee, W & W Waterproofing Company, a corporation, filed suit against appellant, Johnson-Sampson Construction Company, a corporation, for the balance of $1,632 due under the terms of a contract between the parties, which terms were expressed in telegrams that passed between them, whereby appellant employed appellee, at a stipulated price therein expressed, to repair and seal certain leaks in a grain elevator, which had been previously built by appellant but was owned by Frisco Grain Company in Frisco, Collin…
