The complaint contained four counts, each to recover the balance of the purchase price for machinery manufactured, sold, and delivered by the defendant in error, hereafter referred to as (he plaintiff, to the plaintiff in error, referred to hereafter as the defendant. The machinery was intended for the reclaiming department of a Kraft mill, intended to be erected by the defendant for the manufacture of Kraft paper.
