After more than twenty six years of Receiver and Trustee operation of the Debtors’ properties, of litigation delaying reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq., of consideration of numerous Plans for reorganization or liquidation and after five submissions and determinations in this Court of numerous issues, the tangled skein is again before us in seven appeals from an order of the District Court by the Trustees, the objecting creditors’ Committees, and the proponent of still another Plan of reorganization.
