TYSON, Judge.

Pavel Nikolayevi Shchetinin ("Defendant") appeals from a judgment entered upon his convictions for trafficking heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. We find no error.

I. Background

Defendant owned and lived in a home located in Charlotte in 2015. Defendant also rented out rooms to tenants. On 22 June 2015, an individual overdosed on heroin while in Defendant's home.
