Eric Richardson appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland *219County, Brodrick, J.) affirming the judgment of the District Court (Portland, Mac-Nichol, J.) finding Richardson guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of 29 M.R.S.A. § 1312 (1978 & Supp.1990).
