BIRD, Chief Justice.

The employee, William J. Davenport, appeals from a judgment affirming an award of the Workmen’s Compensation Board. Pie complains principally that the award is wholly inadequate and that there is no evidence of probative value to support one of the Board’s most material findings of fact. He also claims that he was prejudiced by certain procedural errors and irregularities committed by the Board before making its final determination.
