This is an appeal by the defendant, State Industrial Accident Commission, from the judgment of the circuit court based upon the verdict of a jury awarding the claimant, Marion Hutchins, compensation in accordance with the terms of said verdict, as follows:

Interrogatory No. 1. What is plaintiff’s permanent partial disability by reason of his accident of June 3, 1935, as compared to the lost function of a leg severed at or above the knee?
