OPINION

TAYLOR, J.

¶ 1 Plaintiffs, Roy Dean and Charlene Edith Sturgeon, appeal the trial court’s grant of a motion to dismiss by Defendants, Reth-erford Publications, Inc. (RPI), and Bill Retherford (Retherford), for failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted. Based on our review of the record and the applicable law, we reverse and remand.
