This was an action of replevin, before a justice of the peace, for the recovery of the possession of one walnut office table, of the value of twenty-five-dollars; one lay-out, of the value of ten dollars; two sil-, ver boxes, of the value of fifteen dollars each; two card-presses, of the value of two dollars and fifty cents each; one case-keeper, of the value of five dollars; one set of checks, of the value of twenty dollars; and one check-rack, of the value of two dollars.

There was a trial and a judgment for the plaintiff before the justice.
