OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Meadowbrook Care Center, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming the order of appellee, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services ("ODJFS"), which determined that appellant must repay $95,666.79 in Medicaid provider overpayments. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the common pleas court.
