At a hearing before me on April 3, 1995, I issued an oral bench opinion granting the Plaintiff State Bar of Michigan’s motion for summary judgment. The issue presented was whether costs assessed in a disciplinary action taken by a state bar against an attorney are nondischargeable in bankruptcy.
