In this taxpayer derivative suit Theodore Chabraja, plaintiff-appellant (plaintiff), appeals a circuit court order dismissing all claims against defendant-appellee, Amalgamated Trust and Savings Bank (Bank), pursuant to section 2 — 615 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 110, par. 2 — 615).
