This is a review, pursuant to SCR 40.08(5), of the decision of the Board of Bar Examiners (Board) declin*3ing a request to waive the requirement of SCR 40.04(1)1 that in order to write the Wisconsin bar examination, an applicant seeking bar admission on examination must have been awarded a first professional degree in law from a law school approved by the American Bar Association (ABA).
