Following a three-day jury trial in the Criminal Court of Baltimore (before Harris, J.) the appellant, Charles Edward Harrison, Jr., was convicted on October 24, 1973, of the murder, in the first degree (murder committed in perpetration of a robbery), see Maryland Code (1957, 1971 Repl.
