OPINION

RATLIFF, Senior Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendants-Appellants J.M. Corporation, Ralph J. Reed, R. Jeffrey Reed and Mark R. Reed (collectively “Defendants”) appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Vickie Sue Roberson, Executrix (“Roberson”) of the Estate of Victor E. Powers, deceased (“the Estate”) in an action brought by Roberson on behalf of the Estate to enforce a promissory note.

We affirm in part, and reverse and remand in part.
