The defendant Jackson and his codefendant Hoover were convicted by a jury of second degree robbery. Jackson appeals upon the grounds that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the judgment, that the court committed error in instructing the jury and also failed to instruct the jury sua sponte on the law pertaining to alibi.
