—In an action to recover damages for injury to property, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Gowan, J.), dated January 17, 1994, which denied their motion for summary judgment on their counterclaim and dismissal of the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
