OPINION

JOHN G. HILL, Justice.

Juan Jose Guerra appeals his conviction by a jury of the offense of unlawful use of a criminal instrument with the intent to commit the offense of aggravated kidnapping or aggravated sexual assault. The jury also found that Guerra used or exhibited a deadly weapon, a firearm, during the commission of the offense. The jury assessed his punishment at twenty years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
