—Judgment, Supreme *464Court, Bronx County (William Donnino, J., at suppression hearing; Margaret Clancy, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered December 1, 2000, convicting defendant of burglary in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to a term of 16 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
