BAUGH, Justice.
Appeal is from an order of the district court refusing to grant a temporary injunction against the enforcement of certain conservation orders promulgated by the Railroad Commission. The suit was brought by F. A. Gillespie & Sons Company, hereinafter referred to as Gillespie, against the Commission, in which other interested parties intervened as plaintiffs; and the Shasta Oil Company, hereafter referred to as Shasta, intervened as defendant.
