This is another of the numerous actions for personal injuries which of late years have so often engaged the attention of the Courts. It seems to us that the principles controlling such cases have been so thoroughly and .definitely settled in Maryland that there ought to be no longer any necessity to discuss them, and certainly there ought to be no occasion to look beyond the State for adjudged cases to illustrate their application.
